Our Story

In the aftermath of a devastating wildfire that swept through our community, Chief J.O. Ighodalo's ancestral home — a landmark of our heritage and gathering place for generations — was reduced to ashes. The fire claimed not just a building, but memories, cultural artifacts, and a symbol of our unity. Now, we rally together to reconstruct this cherished home, restoring hope and continuity for our community and future generations.

Phase 2 — Month 3-4

Foundation & Framework

Laying foundation, erecting structural framework with fire-resistant materials, and utility installations.

Phase 3 — Month 5-8

Construction & Roofing

Wall construction, roofing installation, window and door fittings, and exterior finishing work.

Phase 4 — Month 9-10

Interior Finishing

Plastering, painting, electrical wiring, plumbing completion, and flooring installation.

Phase 5 — Month 11-12

Furnishing & Handover 🎉

Furniture, landscaping, final inspections, and the grand community celebration for the home handover.
